Precision Manufacturing

Each screw head is hot-forged at 650°C using custom tooling developed exclusively for S-PARTS. To maintain forming precision, each die is used for no more than 300 cycles.

The fastener bodies are machined in the S-PARTS factory using military-grade precision multi-tasking CNC machines. Micron-level tolerance control ensures consistent dimensions and precise thread geometry.

Fitment & Installation

Suitable for motorcycle applications that use matching M4 self-tapping screws. Confirm the original screw’s thread type, length and head diameter before ordering. These screws are not interchangeable with standard M4 machine screws.
